For all items under 1lb we ship with USPS First Class Mail Parcel for free which could take upwards to a week for delivery and is not guaranteed. If Items purchased weighs over 1lb we will ship free with USPS Priority Mail. Please double check your PayPal Shipping address during checkout or contact us right away if there are any errors.
- 1lb or less, USPS First-Class Parcel: Usually delivered in 2-5 days, could take up to 7 Business days, not guaranteed.
- 1lb or greater, USPS Priority Mail: Usually delivered in 2-3 days, guaranteed.

| Return & Warranty |
- We accept exchanges or refunds if the items are defective, DOA (dead on arrival), or not as described. Buyer must contact us within 14 days upon receiving the item to be eligible for a return or exchange. Item must be in exact condition as received to qualify for a full refund, otherwise we can only exchange the item for you. Please do NOT attempt to open up or fix any item, it will void all warranty.
- All New/Used items that are NOT defective and or purchased by mistake can still be returned for a refund but are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and buyer must pay for return shipping cost. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item), Item must be in exact condition as received.
- Brand New Items that were opened and used may only be returned if the item(s) were dead on arrival or defective. We do not accept returns after 14 days upon receiving the item.
- After buyer has been approved for an exchange or return, buyer must return the item back to us with all of the original contents in the exact condition as received within 30 days. Once we have received the item(s) back, we will then proceed with your refund. Refunds will be given back via PayPal and could take up to 3 business days.
- Please message us FIRST before opening an ebay case, it will only delay the process.
